Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting our customer service e-mail: email@example.com
Cancellation requests MUST be sent as soon as possible after the order has been placed to attempt to cancel the order. We do our best to ship out orders as quick as possible to get you your cards ASAP.
Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee. This includes all items that are currently in-stock, and all pre-order items. If your order is cancelled by us for any reason (with exception being fore-instances laid out in our provided policies which you accept upon purchasing) without your request, you will NOT be charged the 10% cancellation fee.
If you are found to be using 3rd party software and/or bots to place orders on our website, or abusing order limits by creating multiple accounts, your order will be immediately cancelled and will be charged the full 10% cancellation fee.
If your order cannot be cancelled because they have already been processed and shipped, please see our “Return Policy”.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how to send the goods back to us. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that the package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the goods will be refunded but any shipping costs will not be refunded. These will also be subject to the 10% re-stocking fee.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you must contact that payment provider in order to receive your funds. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement in most cases.

The day of the event we will have a list of orders identified by your Twitch ID as provided during your checkout. We will not open your products without you present in our channel. The next event will be posted on our homepage. We will attempt to make contact with you if you are not present at the time your order is in que. Further communication will be attempted if you do not show up for the event to either reschedule your LIVE opening or provide a refund subject to our 10% Restocking Fee. If we do not receive your response 5-days after initial communication attempts, we will automatically provide your refund subject to 10% Restocking Fee.
After your products are opened LIVE on Twitch, no refunds will be accepted as the product has been opened and not eligible for resale.
All digital items are NON REFUNDABLE! Digital items are e-mailed to you immediately after purchase and cannot be returned to us. Please ensure you are ordering the correct items before placing a digital order as it will not be refunded under any circumstance.
